Membership Options

As part of the Membership Drive, the Board of Governors of Sleepy Hollow Golf Club has agreed to waive the initiation fee for several Golf/Family Memberships. All memberships are further defined and subject to the club by-laws. To the extent there is any discrepancy between information in this packet and the by-laws, the by-laws shall control. Dues and fees are subject to applicable taxes. For membership purposes, family includes a husband or wife and children under 21 that reside in the same household, or children under 25 that are unmarried and either a full time student or serving their first period of duty in the armed forces.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP: This membership allows the use of all of the clubs facilities for a family.

Initiation Fee: WAIVED
Deposit: $800.00 (Converts to refundable stock certificate after one year of membership and is forfeit to the club if membership is withdrawn during the first year of membership.)

Monthly Dues: $349.75

Annual Range Fees: $100.00
Minimum Dining Spending: $120.00 (Quarterly)

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP: Available to prospective members under the age of 30. This membership allows the use of all of the clubs facilities for a family. When any member of the family that uses the golf facilities turns 30 years old the membership will convert to a Young Professional Membership.
Initiation Fee: WAIVED
Deposit: $500.00 (Deposit may be applied to a stock certificate if the member moves to a stock eligible membership otherwise it is forfeited upon resignation.)

Monthly Dues: $185.00

Annual Range Fees: $100.00
Minimum Dining Spending: $120.00 (Quarterly)
A check for the deposit and first month dues in the amount of $689.55 needs to be enclosed with your application.


YOUNG PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP: Available to prospective members under the age of 40. This membership allows the use of all of the clubs facilities for a family. When any member of the family that uses the golf facilities turns 40 years old the membership will convert to a Family Membership.
Initiation Fee: WAIVED
Deposit: $800.00 (Converts to refundable stock certificate after one year of membership and is forfeit to the club if membership is withdrawn during the first year of membership.)

SINGLE MEMBERSHIP: This membership allows the use of all of the clubs facilities to one primary member and all facilities except the golf facilities for the member’s family.
Initiation Fee: WAIVED
Deposit: $800.00 (Converts to refundable stock certificate after one year of membership)

Annual Range Fees: $100.00

GOLF AND DINING MEMBERSHIP: This membership allows the use of golf facilities to one primary member. The member will be charged a green and cart fee of $30 for each round played. This membership extends the use privileges of dining facilities to the member and family members.

Deposit: $500.00 (Deposit may be applied to a stock certificate if the member moves to a stock eligible membership otherwise it is forfeited upon resignation.)

Monthly Dues: $195.00

WEEKDAY GOLF MEMBERSHIP: This membership allows the use of golf facilities to the weekday member and family Tuesday through Friday. The member or family member playing under this membership will be charged a cart fee for each round played. This membership extends the use privileges of dining facilities to the member and family members all days of the week.

Deposit: $500.00 (Deposit may be applied to a stock certificate if the member moves to a stock eligible membership otherwise it is forfeited upon resignation.)

Monthly Dues: $195.00

Annual Range Fees: $100.00

YOUNG JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP: Available to prospective members under the age of 23 but at least 14 years old, this membership allows the use of all facilities to one primary member and dining privileges for the member’s family. Members in this class must have a parent or legal guardian co-sign and accept responsibility for all charges on the account. When the member turns 23 years old the membership will convert to a Junior Membership.
Initiation Fee: WAIVED
Deposit: $500.00 (Deposit may be applied to a stock certificate if the member moves to a stock eligible membership otherwise it is forfeited upon resignation.)

Monthly Dues: $125.00

Annual Range Fees: $100.00
Minimum Dining Spending: $120.00 (Quarterly)
A check for the deposit and first month dues in the amount of $628.08 needs to be enclosed with your application.


EXTENDED AREA MEMBERSHIP: This membership allows the use of golf facilities to one primary member that resides outside of the local area* and does not own property in the local area. Extended Area members will be charged a green and cart fee of $30 for each round played. This membership extends the use privileges of all club facilities to the member and family members.

Deposit: $500.00 (Deposit may be applied to a stock certificate if the member moves to a stock eligible membership; otherwise it is forfeited upon resignation.)

Monthly Dues: $165.00

Annual Range Fees: $100.00
Minimum Dining Spending: $120.00 (Quarterly)

*Local Area is defined as those individuals residing within 20 miles of the club or in the following zip codes. Qualification for this membership class will be at the discretion of the Board of Governors: 25541 (Milton), 25510 (Culloden), 25526 (Hurricane), 25560 (Scott Depot), 25213 (Winfield), 25177 (Nitro/St. Albans). 25159 (Poca), 25313 (Cross Lanes), 25109 (Hometown), 25070 (Eleanor), 25669 (Teays), 25168 (Red House), 25033 (Buffalo, 25143 (Nitro).


SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP; This membership allows the use all facilities except the golf facilities to the social member and family.
Initiation Fee: $500

Monthly Dues: $135.00

Minimum Spending: $120.00 (Quarterly)
A check for the initiation fee and first month dues in the amount of $638.12 needs to be enclosed with your application.


TRIAL DINING MEMBERSHIP: This membership allows the use of dining facilities to the dining member and family. This membership is available to prospective members that have not held a membership at the club in the past 18 months. At the end of the first year this membership converts to a Dining Membership.

Annual Dues: $60.00
Minimum Spending: $120.00 (Quarterly)
A check for first year’s dues in the amount of $63.60 needs to be enclosed with your application.


DINING MEMBERSHIP: This membership allows the use of dining facilities to the dining member and family.

Monthly Dues: $25.00
Minimum Spending: $120.00 (Quarterly)
A check for first month dues in the amount of $26.50 needs to be enclosed with your application.

NON-RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP: This membership allows the use of all of the clubs facilities for a non-resident family, limited to 10 rounds of golf annually. The non-resident member will pay the current guest and cart fee for each round played.

Non-Refundable Initiation Fee: $200.00 Annual Dues: $351.58
Your check in the amount of $551.58 must be enclosed with application. Non-Resident members must reside at least 50 miles away from club.

Annual Pull Cart Storage: $75.00 (Billed in March) Annual Handicap: $35.00 (Billed in April)

Annual Locker Rental: $45.00 (Billed in June)

All optional fees listed above run from January – December, regardless when billed. Except lockers, which run June—May
