Join us for an unforgettable evening as Sleepy Hollow Golf Club presents our newest Pop-Up Dining Experience, a thoughtfully curated European Beer & Food Pairing in the Garden.

This one-night-only event features a five-course European-inspired tasting menu, expertly crafted by Chef Dennis Harris and the culinary team. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with a distinctive European beer to create a memorable dining experience that celebrates the flavors and traditions of Europe.

Throughout the evening, David Andes will guide guests through each pairing, sharing the history, origins, tasting notes, and unique characteristics of every featured beer, creating an engaging and interactive experience for beer enthusiasts and food lovers alike.
